1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 91pha ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers, or uses any service available at 91pha.cam.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or other activity offered by 91pha, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, bonus conditions, and the 91pha Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 91pha, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate or undisclosed third party unless expressly permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including voluntary exclusion lists maintained by gaming regulatory authorities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 91pha or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or service providers.

91pha reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and services on 91pha, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to maintain one (1) active account on 91pha at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. 91pha reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and permanently ban the associated player from the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

91pha operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the personal information held on your account. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to 91pha customer support promptly. We are not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 91pha login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 91pha will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 91pha immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Until such notification is received, any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as your own actions for all purposes.

91pha implements industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet, and you accept the inherent risks associated with online data transmission.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 91pha account may be made via the payment methods available on the Platform from time to time, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected debit and credit cards. All deposits are accepted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

91pha does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. The Platform reserves the right to return any deposit and withhold associated play if we determine a third-party source was used.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the cashier page. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

91pha targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of your selected payment provider and is outside our control. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeline.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on 91pha are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where currency conversion occurs, rates applied will be those available at the time of the transaction and are not negotiable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

91pha may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for matters specific to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, eligible contributing games, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active will be stated clearly in each promotional offer. Failure to comply with wagering restrictions — including placing bets above the stated maximum bet with an active bonus — may result in bonus forfeiture and the voiding of associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

91pha takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play; and any form of coordinated or systematic bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, 91pha reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

6.4 Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of all bonuses attached to your account.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games offered on 91pha operate under the rules published within each game or game category. In the event of ambiguity, the game provider's published rules take precedence. RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified, independently audited software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios under their own applicable regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, software failures, disconnection during a live game, or any other system-level failure — 91pha's decision on the outcome of the affected game or wager is final. We reserve the right to void bets placed during a technical failure where the integrity of the game outcome cannot be verified.

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots and other applicable games are calculated over millions of simulated rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session or player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 91pha and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or place bets on the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using 91pha for any financial transaction that violates Philippine law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Allowing a third party, including a minor, to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward 91pha staff or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other individuals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 91pha platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 91pha or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 91pha.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 91pha, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

91pha's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 91pha's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

91pha collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

91pha will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

91pha is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. All gaming activities on the Platform are intended for entertainment purposes only and are strictly limited to players aged 21 years and above.

91pha provides the following responsible gaming tools within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount you can fund your account within a set period.

91pha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; identification failure or KYC non-compliance; technical security concerns; or regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 91pha customer support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any real-money balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

Where an account is closed by 91pha due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of our investigation.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 91pha shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For disputes related to player accounts, game outcomes, or Platform services, the following process applies:

15. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
